Foundation Structure:

RCC frame structure in high strength OPC Cement of reputed company like Ultra-Tech/Ambuja/Birla A1 cement, and TMT Steel and termite treatment. Being in seismic zone , precautions and safeguards against earth-quake to be ensured.


Wall:

Made of well-baked chamber bricks/Red bricks – external 9” brick work,internal 4.5”/9” brick work.


Wall Finish and painting:

External sand-face plastering, two coats of acrylic paint.
Fungus resistance point coat of silicon base anti fungal paint.
Internal plastic paint by company like Asian/ Berger.
Drawing room acrylic paint.


Flooring:

Lobby and stair case Staliyan Marble trades and risers.
Drawing, Dinning vitrified flooring as per builders choice and in kitchen and all other room , vitrified tiles flooring Tiles 1mts x 1mts.
Parking ISI make pavement block flooring.


Toilets:
